In today time there are many frameworks available to give a kickstart UI solution to iOS platform but not much exists for Android.
Fries is a solid HTML-CSS-JS UI framework for creating Android-like UIs both for real-world usage and prototyping. It’s completely free and open source and available for download from Github.
The framework has all the major components like forms, action bars, lists, buttons, spinners or tabs.
Fries also optimized for PhoneGap and can be easily converted to a native app.
