1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using WebAnaya's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
WebAnaya provides web development, WordPress development, digital marketing, DevOps, and hosting services. The specific scope of services will be outlined in individual project agreements or contracts.
3. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information required for project execution
- Respond to communications and provide feedback in a timely manner
- Make payments according to the agreed schedule
- Ensure you have the rights to any content you provide
- Review and approve deliverables within agreed timeframes
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in individual project proposals. Generally:
- An initial deposit is required to commence work
- Milestone payments are due upon completion of project phases
- Final payment is due before project delivery/launch
- Late payments may incur additional charges
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom work created specifically for their project. WebAnaya retains ownership of:
- Pre-existing code, frameworks, and tools
- Generic components that may be reused in other projects
- Our proprietary methodologies and processes
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of the project. This obligation survives the termination of services.
7. Limitation of Liability
WebAnaya's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment for work completed. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India.
