It has inbuilt descent easing effects i.e. linear, swing, easeInQuad, easeOutQuad, easeInOutQuad, easeInCubic, easeOutCubic, easeInOutCubic, easeInQuart, easeOutQuart etc. that you can configure for your web page scrolling purpose. It is easy to integrate, light in weight with lots of customizable options.
Scrolld.js is a free and open source, it comes with a single javascript file and as its source code is publically hosted on Github repository you can download it or even fork its repository for development purpose.
