Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis depending on project status and deliverables. Once a project phase has been initiated, payments for that phase are typically non-refundable.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all content, code, graphics, design elements, and branding on the Site are the intellectual property of WebAnaya Solutions. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any material without prior written consent.

All intellectual property created specifically for a client project will belong to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise stated in the service agreement.

Limitation of Liability

WebAnaya Solutions will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
