Craft maker Pixel and Tonic has just rolled out its stable version Craft 1.0, Craft is designed to be flexible, steady, fast and reliable open source CMS that is aim to give web developer clean slate to write fresh code and extend its functionality according to their needs.
Craft comes with a simple but productive inbuilt functions and features and also offer premium plugins to full fill your requirements easily.
It has modern control panel (dashboard) with live preview so prior to publish your item you can see a live preview of item, based on PHP craft is fully extensible and with its set of robust APIs you can easily extend its core.
While working with the web content of a Craft based website you can see the history of different version of a particular article with the help of paid plugin called Publish Pro, apart from this you can manage your website assets (multimedia content i.e. Images, audio, video etc.) like a desktop file management system, further you can remotely store your data to Amazon S3 cloud, Google cloud storage, Rockspace cloud files or you can keep within core (local) website storage folder.
